Core Vaccines Recommended for Dogs

  • Rabies - 1st annual vaccine given at 6 months of age
  • Rabies 3 year - given at first annual exam and then every 3 years thereafter
  • Distemper (5 way vaccine, distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvo, and corona)
  • Bordetella - every 6 months (oral vaccine)

Non-Core Vaccines Recommended on a Case-By-Case Basis

  • Leptospirosis
  • Lymes
  • Giardia

Core Vaccines Recommended for Cats

  • Rabies - 1st annual vaccine given at 6 months of age
  • Rabies 3 year - given at first annual exam and then every 3 years thereafter
  • Feline Distemper (Panleukopenia, Chlamydia, Rhinotracheitis, Calici)
